Hillcroft is a luxurious, warm and tastefully decorated residential care home, providing high-quality care to all of its residents. Aughton is an ideal quiet location for a restful retirement. Shops, restaurants, bus stops and other amenities are all within a few minutes’ walk.

Hillcroft is registered with the CQC to accommodate 34 residents in single bedrooms, all ensuite and fully equipped. All rooms are single occupancy but many can also suitably cater for couples.

Our spacious, well-appointed dining room is arranged in restaurant style and the comfortable, plush lounge overlooks the attractive gardens. The original themed areas in dfferent parts of the grounds outside are perfect for enjoying the fresh air and beautiful surroundings. Hillcroft is more of a family than a care home as many of the team have been caring for our residents for many years. Each resident is encouraged to exercise choice in all aspects of their care.

Hillcroft is well known for its superb restaurant reputation. Our cook’s marvellous culinary skills translate into delectable gourmet meals every day of the week. We o er an extensive, nutritious menu providing variety and choices, according to residents’ preferences and specific dietary requirements. Meals are served in our elegant dining room, but residents can dine in their own rooms if they wish. The dedication and devotion of our highly trained staff has established our reputation as an exceptionally friendly and caring Home’. Carers are on duty twenty four hours a day. Our residents’ quality of life is greatly enhanced by the comfortable, warm and safe environment that Hillcroft provides.

Our residents’ happiness and serenity is of paramount importance. Care programmes, trips and activities at Hillcroft are designed accordingly, to support individuality and independence. With our open visiting policy, guests are most welcome at all times.

Staff are always friendly and welcoming on arrival, are always forthcoming with information eg how well my relative has slept, what they have eaten for breakfast and lunch and how much. The room is always clean. I am very happy with the service and am very confident that my relative is happy there.

From the initial telephone call that I made to Hillcroft, I have found the staff to be extremely helpful with me and the residents. The residents are cared for to a very high standard.

I visited Monday 4pm and stayed for an hour. During this time, tea is served. The staff are very patient. They encourage residents to eat and will assist those that need it. I feel that my relative is well cared for.
